Issue after the last iOS update, 3 days back, screen orientation goes to portrait and will not rotate to landscape. From within the app support options I can't figure out how to report/ask if this is a new feature for my inconvenience or a bug... BTW, paid member for years. Thanks...

One star simply because you can’t use words like “money” or “cash” in your profile. When one is trying to tell others that when looking for a relationship they don’t want the other person to ask for cash or make it about money; that sort of becomes a problem. I think it’s a little overkill to ban my account because I’ve been scammed $4500 before and want people to know not to try anything before adding me. Then again who reads bios today anyways?

You need to implement the restriction of screen grab. Other apps have this to prevent people from stealing your pics and use them for negative reasons. Keep your community safe!

I get safety but how do you get 30 people to know you personally if you can not chat with anyone until you are verified. Catch 22 if you ask me.

No way to manage subscription from app or App Store and it’s not listed in active subscriptions…but it’s set to automatically renew?! To difficult to change search parameters. Profile setup is cumbersome and all in app emojis are white guys only. Lame app with tons of lame confused people. Avoid this trash.

They rejected a screen shot I made of THEIR own text system, and contained a translation for English to Spanish that said: sorry, I don’t speak Spanish. Yet, they allowed a number of other copy/paste texts I’ve used in the past. Of it’s an AI, they failed to mpt it correctly. If it’s a human who made this decision, you should be consistent, and ban all image captures of texts from YOUR app! Also, it’s ok to post XXX-rated photos, but mild in-x rated texts are banned? What’s wrong with that concept! From no on, you’ll get consistent poor ratings from me, and I’m posting it to all 40,000 Facebook followers, 10,000 instagram friends, and every other social app I use. And I use a lot, from Reddit to Whstsapp! If I could rate you NO STARS, I would. You need to rethink your silly censorship tools. They aren’t operable in a real world setting.

I’ve had this app for many years. There’s no one on this. It’s cumbersome to use. Now it’s even more restrictive than it’s ever been. It’s time to delete and send it to the trash heap that it belongs to. Don’t waste your time on this. One star.

Not intuitive. Very cumbersome. Plus consistent junk mail from the Romeo app itself and no way to shut it off. Please re-design and stop sending spam to your paying members

App is pretty clunky and hard to use. Also it seems the same profiles show up everyday. Deleted my account.

It might as well be, it’s got nothing but catfishers. I had over 100 hits in the first week. Over 90% we’re people from other continents. Huge waste of time. They also make it difficult to quit it. It took me half an hour , following their directions, repeatedly failing, and finding my own work around. Avoid this scam site.

The app has some convenient features but ultimately suffers in comparison to the website. It is much more difficult to search and filter results on the app, with text searches being unavailable. Some traditionally popular features such as searches by language are also unavailable. Additionally, the distance perimeters and ability to look in a particular location seem very off - a search in Korea may return results in China or the Philippines, for example. Overall the app is a bit of a disappointment.

I think this app is useless they ban people profiles for no reason with any proof I think this app should be banned in USA I know I won’t use it anymore

It’s difficult to use this app in comparison to Grindr or Jacked

The app was fine for so long, but as of late the creater is pushing hate messages and body shaming to things people can’t change about themselves. it doesn’t matter if it’s skin color, the size of your privates, or how big your feet are. You don’t make fun of people for things I can’t change. Massive loss of respect.

Poor options compared to the website. Confusing, little explanation of what the features are, how they work.

Not a bad app per se… BUT… I live in a major city. I set very inclusive filters to search, and the app only returns about 5 or 6 guys within a 50 mile range of me. As i said, not a bad app but the user-base just isn’t there. I’m rating it a 2 due to that reason.

The app used to work really great, however, I’ve noticed in the past two months that the app keeps crashing in Cuba… I’ve had the app for almost one year and never had an issue up until two months ago. I’ve updated the app to the latest version, but it does not seem to help… Is there any thing else that I can do ?

No support even when you pay for the membership. The help tabs, just Lead you in circles.

L unica cosa negativa è la messaggistica. I messaggi non arrivano all istante ma sembra ci sia un auto refresh ogni x secondi. Odio chattare con le persone tramite L applicazione. Fate qualcosa. You can’t send messages instantly, but it looks like there is an auto refresh every x seconds. Using the app to chat with people is very frustrating. Do something please.

Many if the app basic functions such as access to Plus Membership and option to allow view of Quickshare album do not work.

Downloading this today. I am the 3rd cousin of William Shakespeare and someone in my family tree has tbe last name of Montague. Makes sense .

Now that the site restricts non-subscribers to view only a limited number of profiles, 95% of the profiles I can view are from Cuba. The USA has no relations with Cuba and I have no realistic chance of meeting them. If the site insists on restricting the number of profiles one can view, there should be a way to see only profiles from my country.

Saw an ad on IG. Thought, hmmmm. But can’t create account as the email verification hasn’t showed up yet. Guess they don’t want people. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I deleted it after getting numerous contacts over 5,000 miles away. All obviously scammers.

Unlike their website, which is not designed in a way that it could be useful, the app is very user friendly.
